First-time activators of Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Singapore region) receive a free token quota for every available model — typically 1 million tokens per model, valid for 90 days. The quota covers the full Qwen model family (text, vision, code, reasoning, multimodal, image generation, video generation, and TTS). Quotas are per-model and not shared between model versions (e.g., qwen-max and qwen-max-latest have separate 1M allocations). No credit card is required for activation. The API is OpenAI-compatible — just swap the base URL and API key.
